App versus browser: what you get with sultanliga native
Our native Android app offers offline caching—once you've loaded market data, you can browse odds without an internet connection until you place a wager. Device compatibility and supported versions

Common installation issues and how we help
If you receive a "Certificate untrusted" error during Android installation, your phone's security settings may be strict. Go to Settings > Security > Install unknown apps and grant permission for your browser. If the app won't open after install, try restarting your phone. For iOS, if the web app doesn't cache offline, clear your Safari cache (Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data) and revisit the app. If you're on unstable Wi-Fi or 4G, downloads may hang; switch to a faster network and try again. Data, permissions, and account security on sultanliga
Our app requests phone contacts only if you choose two-factor authentication via SMS; location data is never requested. The app stores your session token locally and encrypts it at rest. If your phone is stolen, your account is protected: a thief cannot withdraw funds without your KYC-verified identity and email confirmation. You can log out remotely from any device via your account settings on the web. We encrypt all traffic between your phone and our servers using SSL/TLS; payment data (card numbers, bank details) never touches our servers—payment providers handle that directly.
